East Gippsland has one of the highest rates of decisions made ‘behind closed doors’ in Victoria. It is far less open than Shires like South Gippsland about where the money is spent (Awarded Contracts | Contracts | South Gippsland Shire Council)Do you think the public has the right to know more about how ratepayers money is spent? What sort of decisions do you think should be made ‘in camera’.
